Recovery at home
How it works
LyfeGrip is a home rehabilitation glove designed to help people with limited hand movement practice opening and closing their fingers with gentle, assisted motion.
1. Put it on
Slide the glove onto the affected hand and secure the straps so the fit is snug but comfortable. Connect the tubing to the control unit. If a mirror glove is included, it can be worn on the opposite hand for balanced practice.
2. Select your intensity
Use the control unit to choose a therapy level that feels supportive, not painful. Start low. Increase only as your hand begins to tolerate longer or stronger sessions.
3. Begin assisted movement
The air-pressure system guides each finger through a controlled open-and-close cycle. Stay relaxed and let the glove assist the motion. Keep your wrist supported.
4. Practice consistently
Most customers use LyfeGrip for 15–30 minutes per session, 3–5 times per week. Consistency matters more than long sessions. Stop if you feel sharp pain and speak with your clinician if you have one.
