Rehabilitation glove
Find your glove size
The right size is the difference between a glove you use and a glove that sits in a drawer. Take two minutes to measure before you order.
Measure the hand that will wear the glove. Hand width is across the palm under the knuckles. Hand length is from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm. Middle finger length is from the tip to the crease at the palm. A soft tape is enough. If you do not have one, a piece of string and a ruler works.
Once you have your size, you are ready to start. Most people between sizes do better in the larger glove, so the fingers can move without the cuff feeling tight. Choose your hand, choose your size, and begin the home routine that came with the glove.
