Shipping Policy

LyfeGrip offers worldwide shipping so you can start hand therapy at home. This page explains delivery times, shipping cost, tracking, and what to do if something is missing.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they leave our warehouse. Remote or international addresses may take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Eligible orders include free worldwide shipping. If a surcharge applies to your region, it will appear at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged extra after the order is placed.

Order tracking

When your kit ships, we email tracking details to the address used at checkout. If you do not see it, check spam or write to info@lyfegrip.com with your order number.

Customs and duties

International deliveries may be subject to local customs or import fees. Those charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong size or missing item

If a glove size is wrong or a part is missing, email info@lyfegrip.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement.
